A broadcasting veteran, Devo Brown got his start on the radio circuit, where he worked for more than a decade, mostly on KiSS 92.5 in Toronto. No stranger to television, Devo previously presented entertainment news on the weekend for CityNews. Now, Devo is waking up Toronto on Breakfast Television. Whether it’s interviewing today’s top A-listers, or repping Canada on the biggest red carpets, Devo can be seen daily delivering the latest in entertainment, sports and lifestyle to viewers across the country.

Tammie Sutherland
News Anchor
Tammie is our news anchor at Breakfast Television Toronto. She joined the Citytv team in 2008 as a writer, and later as an associate producer. In 2011, Tammie moved to the other side of the camera as a reporter.
Sutherland was born in Toronto, raised in Malton, ON and Brampton, ON and has roots in the sunny island of Jamaica. She studied journalism at Seneca College and earned a sociology degree at York University. Her career in journalism started in radio, working for Durham Radio Inc. in Oshawa before anchoring and reporting for AM640 Toronto.

Frank Ferragine
Weather Specialist
Frank began his television career working for A-Channel Toronto/Barrie (formerly The New VR) in 1995 giving gardening tips to viewers. From there, he went on to produce and host Diggin’ It on CH before moving back to A-Channel as host of GrowTV.
He later became their weekend weather specialist as well as a general assignment reporter before taking a leave from the station in 2002 to oversee his family gardening business. Frank continued to do gardening segments for Breakfast Television during his leave before coming back full time in 2005.
Frank is currently Breakfast Television’s weather specialist, and gardening expert for various Citytv programs including CityNews and Cityline.
